Individual coaching for corporate and career women is offered both in person in the Greater Seattle Area, and by phone everywhere else.

All packages include:

• Initial complimentary consultation
• Strengthsfinder assessment and book
• Up to 4 hours per month of individual coaching
• Sessions are by phone or in person when available
• Optional MP-3 recordings of sessions when conducted by phone
• Unlimited email and phone support between sessions as needed

Specific packages are structured to the individual, based on coaching time required, location, and additional services contracted for.  The fees for individual corporate coaching begin at $500 per month for Individual Contributors and Managers, and $700 per month for Director levels and up.

Corporate coaching services can also be custom tailored to address the specific needs of your situation. Services may include a combination of one on one coaching by phone or in person, live action coaching, work shadow coaching, assessments, and 360° feedback interpretation and integration.
