Sometimes, what you need help with has very little to do with work. Maybe you’re in a situation that used to fit once upon a time, but somehow, recently, you don’t recognize yourself anymore. Or you’re clear that something needs to change, but you can’t imagine what, let alone how. You’re pretty sure that there is a better way for you to be living, working, and contributing to your world. You’re ready to take on a new challenge, start on a new path, or even scrap it all and start over.

Or maybe, you’re just plain bored and want to shake things up.

Enter the life coach (me)! As your coach, I serve as your ally, your devil’s advocate, your teacher, your mentor, and the occasional stunt double for your mother. I love helping women figure out their answers to life’s big challenges, and I am pretty darn good at it, if I do say so myself. How does it work? Well, I ask you lots of questions, and ideally they’re really hard to answer. (Which means we’re on the right track.) We dig into your present, and imagine your future. I ask you to do things that are uncomfortable, in order to help you grow and change. We unearth beliefs you may not know you have about yourself and the world around you, and then you get to test them out and experiment with new behaviors. You set your own standards and goals, and I challenge you to be accountable to yourself. And through it all, you relocate your center, develop your answers, gain tools to help you sidestep obstacles, and find your way home.

I offer several coaching options:

The One Hour of Power     $150

One topic, one hour, unlimited brainstorming and precision questioning. You walk away with renewed hope, a multitude of ideas, and three best next action steps to take.

Classic Coaching       $350 per month

The traditional, time-honored coaching format—ongoing one-on-one coaching, covering any and all areas of life that you deem important and appropriate. A minimum three month commitment is required.

Monthly Coaching includes:

  • 3 45-minute individual coaching sessions per month
  • Sessions are either by phone or in person if you’re in the area
  • Optional MP-3 recordings of all sessions if conducted by phone
  • Phone and email support between sessions as needed

Get Unstuck! The Four Week Success Program $450

Ever wonder why it’s so easy to decide to do something differently…and so hard to actually DO it? Do you know what needs to be done to achieve your goal, yet for some reason you keep doing exactly the opposite of what you know would work? Are you tired of setting goals and making commitments, and then dropping the ball or even failing?

Finally, there is an effective, lasting solution. Using the innovative Immunity to Change™ process, you will learn about the brilliant “immune” system you have that keeps you stuck, you will design and implement strategies to unlearn old patterns, and you’ll remove obstacles that have kept you from making changes that are important to you. This high-impact coaching package includes:

  • Four45-minute personal coaching sessions, by phone or in person where available
  • Optional MP3 recordings of phone sessions
  • Immunity to Change™ worksheets and tools
  • Email and phone support as needed between sessions
  • $50 credit towards additional coaching packages

Me, You, and Her Coaching $450 per month

This is a great way to get the benefits of coaching, while sharing the learning (and the cost!) with a friend, business partner, or other member of your inner circle.  Two unique women, two unique viewpoints, coupled with one spot-on coach–you’ll love the energy, collaboration and creativity generated by a small group of inspired women.    With pairs coaching, one plus one usually equals at least five, if not more. You’ll get compounded growth, turbocharged learning, and the added bonus of the mutual support of your closest confidante.  A three month commitment is required.

Me, You and Her Coaching includes:

  • Two 75-minute coaching sessions per month
  • Sessions are by phone, or in person if you are in the area
  • Optional MP-3 recordings of all sessions if conducted by phone
  • One 15-minute phone session per month for each person
  • Unlimited email support as needed
