So.  As you may or may not have guessed, I’m a professional coach—genuinely trained, qualified, and certified, with extra alphabet after my name and everything.  But you can read more about that elsewhere.

I primarily coach working women:  accidental or intentional entrepreneurs, innovative self-employed go-getters, unconventional women in corporate worlds, career-builders, and aspiring wise-women-to-be.  And yes, fellas, I do work with guys from time to time, on a case-by-case basis.  As long as you’re REALLY cool.

Most of my clients share one or more of the following qualities:  they believe in working to live, not living to work; they value humor, creativity, authenticity, and integrity; they are frequent risk-takers; they love a challenge; like to write their own game plan; and seek out learning and growth opportunities in any situation.

And often, they share similar struggles:  growing a business or career while staying somewhat sane and balanced; finding the sweet spot between leveraging strengths and de-emphasizing weaknesses; becoming a more effective owner, manager, or leader; getting around seemingly unmovable obstacles;  building successful, healthy relationships in any situation; surviving and thriving through conflicts; being more productive; developing better communication skills; and growing authentic, deeply rooted self-confidence in one’s skills, attributes, and abilities.

I customize coaching for each person, and have a pretty big toolbox of tricks, tools, methods, assessments, and magic that I pull from, so don’t expect a fixed, set agenda or a ready-made coach-in-a-box.  What you WILL get is a customized program unique to your goals; a supporter of your best, highest effort; a devil’s advocate who will challenge you; and an ally who will encourage (maybe even push) you to be your best, brightest, most kick-ass self.

I offer a variety of coaching options, depending on your situation and needs.  Click the links below for more information or contact me here.
