The Foundation Session
This is where coaching begins, and is a prerequisite to begin our work together. During the 90-minute Foundation Session, we will sit down and identify what you’d like to achieve through working together, set some goals and outcomes you’d like to aim for and timelines within which you’d like to attain them, and set the stage for us to create a powerful, dynamic, rewarding coaching relationship.
Foundation Session $150
Classic Coaching
Ongoing personalized coaching, covering any and all areas of life that you deem important and appropriate. This is the perfect option for you if you want to make some kind of significant shift in your life or work and need help figuring it out, or if you know what you are heading for and want consistency and structure to make it happen. I suggest that you commit to yourself and to the coaching process for at least three months in order to see the best results.
Monthly Coaching includes:
- 2 or 3 50-minute individual coaching sessions per month
- Sessions are either by phone or in person if you’re in the area
- Optional MP-3 recordings of all sessions if conducted by phone
- Phone and email support between sessions as needed
Two sessions per month $250
Three sessions per month $350
The Punch Card $650
If you would like the benefit of working with a coach, and don’t need much structure or can’t commit to a regular schedule, this is a great option for you. Purchase coaching sessions in blocks and use them as you wish–one at a time, or you can combine several sessions into one mega-long deep-dive powwow.
Each Punch Card includes:
- Five 50-minute sessions, either by phone/Skype or in person when available
- MP3 recordings of all calls if desired
- Flexibility to schedule sessions as needed
The One Hour of Power $150
Focused, single-session coaching for on-the-spot brainstorming, problem-solving, motivation and accountability. Bring your challenges, dilemmas and questions, and walk away with renewed hope, a multitude of ideas, and three best next action steps to take.
Leadership Development and Executive Coaching
Individual coaching for corporate and career women is offered in person in the Greater Seattle Area, and by phone everywhere else.
Coaching services and fees are structured individually for each person based on time spent, location, and any additional services contracted for. A six-month initial commitment is required.
Corporate coaching services are custom tailored to address the specific needs of your situation. Services may include a combination of one on one coaching by phone or in person, live action coaching, work shadow coaching, assessments, and 360° feedback interpretation and integration.
