I watched this very cool video the other day and wanted to share it with y’all.  It’s from a guy named Simon Sinek, and is from a TED talk in the fall of last year.  (If you don’t know about TED, check it out here.  Great stuff when you’re looking for inspiration, etc.)

As a coach, I often work with business owners to help them get a handle on their businesses, and one of the first things we do is try to get at the heart of their purpose:  why do they do what they do? Yeah, yeah, to make money…but that’s not the real “why”.  After all, lots of things can earn you an income.  You and your business exist to serve some greater purpose, and getting clear on that piece is gas in the tank for growing your business successfully.

Simon Sinek addresses this concept beautifully (and by the way, ladies, he’s pretty easy on the eyes as well as brilliant).  Take a look and see if you don’t get inspired to get in touch with your own WHY.
